(More customer reviews)I bought the Impressa F7 for around $1200 about four years ago. I've had error messages and jamming for 3, even after they "repaired" it. For the last six months, it'll freeze up once a day, sometimes after I make one espresso, sometimes before I can make any. Now it doesn't work at all. The metal puck part is jammed up high inside. Not sure if it's bad engineering or inferior materials or both. But for $1200, it should last more than four freaking years. You've been warned.

Product Description:
Combining dramatic aesthetics with advanced technology, this fully automatic coffee center makes delicious espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and crema coffee with just the touch of a button. Eight beverage buttons can be programmed to accommodate individual preferences with the unit's unique rotary dial, which allows for changing the coffee strength, coffee volume, and more. The coffee center's integrated, commercial, solid-steel conical burr grinder offers quiet operation and six fineness settings for any type of bean, while its automatic pre-ground funnel system accommodates pre-ground coffee--great for making decaf coffee drinks when entertaining.
The unit's two-step pre-infusion cycle moistens and conditions the ground coffee for maximum flavor extraction with perfect crema topping. And for consistently professional results, two stainless-steel-lined ThermoBlock heating systems are always ready for coffee and steam with no downtime, no contact with aluminum, and no taste transfers due to the internal stainless-steel layout. The unit serves up the coffee and adds hot, frothed milk without ever having to move the cup--its dual-nozzle system with two separate outlets for milk and coffee makes it possible. Moreover, short and long dual nozzle systems accommodate different-sized cups.
The unit comes equipped with an 18-bar power pump, an illuminated brewing area, a separate height-adjustable hot-water spout, a 10-ounce bean container, and a 20-ounce stainless-steel thermal milk container. For added convenience, its 96-ounce removable water container features a Clearyl water-care system, making decalcifying virtually obsolete. Designed in chrome-plated metal housing with a unique mirror LED display, the 1,350-watt machine makes for a beautiful addition to any home or small office. Made in Switzerland, the coffee center measures 16-1/2 by 12-1/2 by 14 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.
