(More customer reviews)Did I get you attention? Well, the title says it all. I followed instructions carefully and made two perfect cappuccinos on the first Saturday of the week we got the machine. Half hour later wanted more and the machine just buzzed. Tried the steam and the wand took a short whiz then stopped. It tried hard. Thinking that we overworked the machine with the 2 cups and made it work more within half hour, we stopped. Sunday, tried again and the same problems. Back to Bloomie's it went. Luckily they took it in spite of Saeco's instruction not to return to store.
